TERMS

These are the terms presented in the Pakt app. They apply when you join a Pakt.

Beta payment pause: New charges, payouts, and payment setup are currently paused during the beta.

  1. Real Money StakesBy joining a Pakt, you agree to be charged the stakes amount for any week you miss your workout goal.
  2. Charges Are FinalMissed-week charges are processed automatically and cannot be reversed. Your linked payment method will be charged.
  3. PayoutsWhen you hit your goal and others miss, their stakes are split among members who completed the week. Pakt takes a $1 service fee per charge.
  4. Workout VerificationWorkouts are verified through Apple Health heart rate data. You must meet the intensity and duration thresholds set by your Pakt.
  5. CancellationYou can leave a Pakt at any time, but any charges for the current week still apply.
