PRIVACY
Pakt uses your account, workout, group, and device information to run the app. This page explains what the app uses, who may process it, and the controls available to you.
Account and group information
Pakt uses Sign in with Apple to create and access your account. Information provided through that sign-in can include your name and email address. Pakt also uses your profile, timezone, Pakt membership, Pakt name and rules, and invite membership to run your groups and show their activity.
Pakt keeps account sign-in information and certain device-specific onboarding and interface settings so you can use the app.
Health and fitness information
With your permission, Pakt reads workouts and heart rate from Apple Health. It uses workout type, timing, duration, heart-rate summaries, calories, qualified minutes, and whether a workout qualifies to evaluate progress under your Pakt’s rules. Pakt does not write health data back to Apple Health.
Pakt synchronizes verified workout summaries to the service. Other members of your Pakt can see your progress and the workout details that Pakt makes available to the group.
Notifications and device information
If you enable notifications, Pakt uses your device’s notification identifier to send app alerts through Apple’s notification service. Pakt keeps records about payment and payout notifications, including their outcome and delivery status, so it can show activity in the app. You can manage notification access in Pakt and iPhone Settings.
How Pakt uses service providers
Pakt uses Apple for Sign in with Apple, Apple Health, and notifications. Pakt uses Supabase to operate accounts, groups, workout summaries, and app services. Pakt uses Stripe for payment and payout flows. These providers process information needed to provide their part of the service.
New charges, payouts, and payment setup are paused during the beta. Existing payment and payout activity can still appear in the account, deletion, and notification experience.
Account deletion
To request account deletion, sign in and open Settings → Delete Account. You may need to resolve unfinished payment or payout activity before the request can be completed. Deletion ends your membership in Pakts and removes your account.
Deletion removes many account, membership, workout, notification, and device records. Financial records and some group or invite history may remain after deletion with the account reference removed. Deletion does not delete the source workouts in Apple Health.
Your choices and retention questions
You can choose whether to allow Health access during setup, review or change Health access in Apple Health, manage notifications in Pakt or iPhone Settings, leave a Pakt, and request account deletion from Settings.
Pakt does not publish retention periods for the service or its providers on this page. For questions about retention or this policy, contact rachthesystem@gmail.com.
